| Hi, my name is Ken. I am a FAA gold seal, independent flight instructor serving the Las Vegas Valley. I started out in aviation back in 1993 when I served as an avionics technician in the US Marine Corps. I have been flying since 1997 and have over 5 years of experience as a flight instructor. I have worked for local flight schools giving formal and informal training under part 61 and part 141 environments. I am very familiar with the diverse airspace, mountainous terrain and weather the valley has to offer. I am available to instruct those who are new to aviation and those who are looking to expand their aviation knowledge by adding a rating, or even those who need help staying current. General aviation is fun, exciting and challenging. Choosing an independent flight instructor for your needs insures that you receive the best instruction for your money. Independent instructors have the experience and willingness to prepare students for their needs by giving the necessary real world experience you pay for.
